A walk through environmental inspection, also known as a limited environmental assessment, is conducted to determine the potential for environmental risk at a given location. These are also conducted as part of annual assessments by many clients to address tenant’s housekeeping practices.

We look for suspect asbestos containing materials, underground or above ground storage tanks, disturbed or stained soils and surfaces, drains, hazardous substances, petroleum products, pools of standing water, point sources of effluent discharges and air emissions, PCB containing electrical equipment, potential lead based paints, surface impoundments, waste disposal and housekeeping practices, wastewater discharge, water wells and septic tank systems, storage drums or containers, unusual or noxious odors, visual indications of biological hazards/molds and presence of suspect wetland vegetation.
